We were at this resort 3 times but this time was disappointed. The room was outdated, we had to change to new room due to mold smell. The water heater was old type for house, not for commercial building; water wasn’t hot enough and got cold quickly. Food was good, people work there friendly. The employee helped us to move the luggages by walking instead of use their golf cart that was weird to us. The pond water was greenish and had smell. The sightseeing was reduced from last time we visited, they built more buildings. This resort may be good for local customers but not foreigners, they need to upgrade or remodel the rooms and better service for international customers. We won’t be back except they will remodel their rooms.

We booked 3 nite then go to other town come back stay 2 more nite - 5 nite total First 3 nite really nice We check in super late fly delay 3 am They gave us single bungalow nice and quiet - bath tub drain not run well - after shower water keep 1/4 of the tub When we came back stay 2 more nite -staffs check in us room much smaller - share wall with other room - we can hear every thing other room - staffs told us cam upgrade room cost $35 more - but we already paid exactly same price as first 3 nite They not as friendly like they do first time we check in Hotel not many guess but restaurant very busy - music - karaoke very noisy - resort beautiful - they should train staffs do better job

Old trees and walkways around property were well thought out. Same with layout and design.very relaxing
