Excellent hotel and a very good price. Superb location for visiting Ho Chi Minh city
Check in experience was a bit odd. We checked in late.. just before midnight so there was only 1 guy on duty and he took a lot of effort yo tell us about how we could be charged extra for taking away things from the hotel. He then told my partner that she needs to use the makeup removal pads provided in the room else they could charge us for any marks left on the bed linen! Felt like he was schooling us. Not a very warm welcome to be honest!
Overall its a great hotel but make sure you don't encounter that one chap at night! Haha!

Dear KANWLJEET, thank you for sharing with us. As part of the procedures, the employee is required to inform all guests about any additional charge that might happens. We have brought your feedback to the managerial level and we will sure provide extra training to improve our service, especially at night. We truly hope that everything else went well during your stay. On the other hand, language has always been a huge barrier when we do not share the same mother tongue. Very Convenient location. Staff at the front desk very helpful. They arranged 2 wonderful tours for us to Halong bay and Ninh Binh. Would recommend to friends and family.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind.
There’s one issue that as a traveler, i found to be highly unusual. At the check in, I was asked to leave a $20 deposit for the white towels!

Convenient location, clean, quiet, breakfast combines western and Vietnamese. Very nice staff. Will stay again.
