Perfect city hotel. Loved the products in the bathroom, malin & goetz. Breakfast was a bit limited on the choice of fruits.
Long who worked in the club lounge on level 22 is a great asset to the hotel. He has excellent people skills and has a wealth of knowledge.

All of staff at front desk provides exceptional service !
Very friendly from the lobby , restaurant, bars spa, gym will definitely come back . Give it a rating of 10

Terrible experience at check in
Posted 4 Jun 2024 on HotelsTerrible experience at the check in, we arrived early, understand that the room is not ready and got to wait, spent time at the lounge and had lunch, tired after morning flight, back to counter for check in at the regular check in time, been told room not ready, have to wait for another 15 minutes, wait…… back to check in again, still no ready! Back and forth for 4 times finally checked in!
