It isn’t exactly 5 star. For example the noise from across the road is loud! The reception staff are not very friendly, although the rest of the staff are excellent. I asked to book a facial for me but it wasn’t done. The rooftop cocktails are half price happy hour but not enough options if you drink vodka, mostly gin.
The breakfast is just OK, it doesn’t seem fresh and is very hap hazard in the layout. Although the coffee is wonderful.
The amenities in the bathroom are not very nice, and the sheer curtain that separates the bathroom and main room is very odd and inconvenient.
The location is excellent but wouldn’t stay here again

Staff will go above and beyond for you during your stay. Hotel food and drinks are delicious, food, shopping ect is walkable.

The chiller inside the room is so dirty. Molds can be seen. That’s why i didnt put my water inside.
