Booked a 2-beds room by Expedia but at the check-in they said sorry all the rooms are booked but we'll give you tomorrow, the next day I got the room but at the checkout I got changed extra.. Breakfast was included, but nothing vegetarian I ask for egg at 7:30 am (it serves from 7:15 to 9:00am) she said it's finished I just have toasted bread and butter,,, Room cleanness is a terrible,, There is a window in the room but it covered by brick wall, even though you open it there is no air comes and goes.,,, The staff are not friendly, i have a habit of asking questions with a smile on my face but hardly I could get a smile back,, I didn't feel welcome at this hotel at all..

Stay away!

I checked into my room with a friendly kid at the front desk. Everything looked adequate, especially for the price. As soon as I got to the room something smelled strange. It was musky and just wrong smelling? I lifted the bed sheets and immediately walked out. Dirty sheets and BED BUGS everywhere! I instantly went back to the front desk and said I'm not staying here. The kid looked at me surprised and said ok bye. done and done.

Cleanliness of the room is our foremost priority and we always try to ensure the room is up to our high standard for our guest experiences. However, bed bug has never been reported to appeared at our hotel and it is definitely somethings we avoid in all cases. We take your feedback seriously for our guests' health and we are going to review your case right away. Since we have never seen any guests complain about the cleanliness of the room, definitely not the bed bug, we appreciate if you can help us provide more information as misunderstanding bed bug with something else is also put into account and might happen. Good price when I booked. Close to the airport and eating, shopping places. Hotel is locating in the alley but easy to find because it is next to a large and well-known hotel.

ดิฉันจองห้องเอ็กเซ็กคิวทีฟแต่วันแรกเป็นห้องที่เล็กกว่า และเตียงเดียว วันที่สองจึงเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องใหญ่ขึ้น เตียงสองเตียง ช่วงเช้านำ้อาบไม่อุ่นจะอุ่นเฉพาะตอนเย็น อาหารเช้าพอใช้ได้แต่สายไป แชมพูเป็นซองแกะหรือฉีกไม่ได้

Big and nice room at cheap price

It was nice and good hotel, though a bit far from airport or super bowl area within the distric of Tan Binh. Maybe it is almost end of Tan Binh district, but hotel was so nice at this cheap price. It was like a 4 star hotel in terms of facilities and service of the workers. Room was also big enough.

如果不會越南語的外國遊客,請慎重考慮選擇此酒店否

此酒店雖然價格便宜,離開機場不遠,但是論房間,論配套,論服務,根本是非常差。 首先,論機場免費接送服務,我準備離開胡志明市國際機場,打電話到酒店,雖然那個時候是半夜2點,但是負責接電話的員工原來一句英文也不會,我就發覺我不應該訂這個酒店,畢竟有還是沒有得接送,都是一樣,因為值班員工不會英文而答不到顧客,也就是本人。 其次,酒店位於橫街窄巷,的士司機要多次問人才找到。 第三,酒店所在的小街道晚上燈光昏暗,給不到人一份安全感。而且當我到達酒店,大門竟然下了鐵閘,門外只有一個保安,要耗一點時間才溝通到,才知道我是在這裡入住。 酒店所謂大堂的值班人員根本不會說英文,然後我半夜2點多入住,我問他關於房裡面的免費瓶裝水的問題,他根本答不出。 另外可能這個是小型旅館的緣故,大堂和所住樓層通道在我半夜2點辦理入住的時候,燈光昏暗的程度用陰森來形容。 到了我住的206房間,空氣不怎樣流通。空調是對住床頭吹,開了空調,晚上睡覺因為空調對本人的頭吹,導致本人半夜頭痛醒來。 另外,房間的窗戶外面是一道磚墻,而該墻壁和我房間窗戶玻璃才不足幾吋距離,除了看不到外面的景色天色之外,還有安全隱患,就是如果酒店房門附近發生火災,基本上住客都被烤死。 房間淋浴的地方去水非常慢,淋浴水壓不足。 房間所謂的免費瓶裝水要慢慢細心找,才發覺在冰箱裡面,但是冰箱根本沒有插電源,故此稱不上是冰箱。 房間的電源插座非常少,只有床頭一個。 酒店大廳就是次日早餐的地方,但是,坐得環境不舒適,根本無餐廳感覺。 論早餐,飲料款式不多,吃的款式好像都挺多,但是分量不多,而且沒有熱騰騰及新鮮的感覺。不過唯一比較可以稱得上美味的就是那個越南特色豬肉片米粉。(附上圖片為證) 如果要把行李寄存在酒店,就要留意,酒店基本上沒有獨立幫客人擺放行李的獨立房間,全部要酒店值班人員的行李就放在櫃檯附近,一個廢棄了的水池。 早上值班的酒店人員除了負責廚房的阿姨會一點點英文之外,一男一女的服務人員根本不會英文。所以大家要善用酒店的wifi,和谷歌翻譯網頁,把內容翻譯成為越南文,那麼就可以更準確讓酒店員工理解你所發問的。 另外check out的時候,不是讓房務部職員去點算住客所消耗房裡面的飲品,而是他們反而問客人消耗了多少瓶礦泉水,我問是否免費,他們說要收費,後來我反駁,hotels.com訂房的時候寫有免費瓶裝水,我說我喝了一瓶,酒店職員才沒有收我費用。 不過他們還肯接他們的電話讓我撥打越南本地的手機號碼。 另外,因為機場以美金兌換越南盾的匯率比較差,所以本人當天早上以100美元在酒店櫃檯成功兌換2200000越南盾,不過如果要在酒店兌換美元零鈔,他們是無法幫忙,他們頂多告訴客人去銀行換美元零鈔。 正所謂一分錢一分貨,這個酒店不能用機場對面的ibis hotel的水平來比較。
