Posted 14 May 2019 on Hotelsthe tree lodge rooms need some maintenance-very shabby and not clean-the beds were clean but the verandah needs to be cleaned-bird poop on the railings, quite dusty etc. DO NOT like the crocodile enclosure its unnecessary and boring. Staff could not do enough-they were awesome SITEMBILE the bar lady was AMAZIING

tranquil surroundings
Posted 17 Dec 2016 on HotelsThe staff were friendly and helpful and changed our room when we asked for the most peaceful and remote room. The food was excellent. The rooms were great with very comfy king size beds and comfy pillows. Was surprised to see caged animals in a wildlife resort and that upset me. Lots of rabbits and birds in a small area with no sunlight - depressing. It's a great place to unwind - very peaceful and relaxing.

Perfect little stay
Posted 23 Jan 2015 on HotelsThe hotel was quiet during our stay, and the value for what is paid for this hotel is outstanding.
All the staff were beyond pleasant and helpful, suggesting things for us to do and greeting us around every corner. Often times it was almost off putting based on some previous SA hotel experiences (it was shocking and weird to experience such a pleasant stay).
Not to mention the Zebras and Giraffes we saw.

シャワーのお湯が使えなかったので、フロントに聞いてみたら給湯器の電源が入っていなかった模様。お湯が使えるまでに30分待たないといけなかった。
プールが本館から離れており、行くのに車移動が必要。脱衣所が無かったのが難点。

Tree Lodges stehen wunderschön in dem Reservoir
Posted 10 Dec 2018 on HotelsWunderschön gelegen in einem Reservoir mit Zebras und vielen anderen Tieren, die an den Tree Lodges vorbeikommen. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Staff. Auch das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker!

Schön mitten in der Natur
Posted 3 Jan 2018Grundsätzlich tolles Hotel mit Tieren, die um einen herumlaufen. Leider war unser Bettlaken mit Flecken überseet. Team ok, aber es gibt bessere .
