The area is not great. Rough neighbirhood directly across the street. They wanted a $150 deposit just in case we damaged or smoked in the r9om, when we walked in there was a big burn mark on our bed spread. Shouldn't someone else's deposit have covered that? Either way, I took a picture and shared it with the front deak so we wouldn't be charged.

The property needs some maintenance done. Def an older building. Doors scratched up, walls need repair.

Property is dated with many items in our room in need of repair. Breakfast was limited and the absolute cheapest items were provided.
