"Without a car the property is difficult to reach. Required a 15-20 walk to public transport. No wi fi in apartment and no cups to make a coffee.however owners were easy to reach and check in and check out was more than satisfactory. The room was to a high standard and beds comfortable. The photos of the beach on website were misleading, the area behind the hotel appeared to be neglected and cafe closed. The bar was also closed. "

"For the price we paid the hotel is excellent value, the staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are basic bit more importantly clean and all you need for a long weekend stay. "Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. This property is conveniently located just across the street from the philharmonic, ludwig museum, and cathedral. Mini bar prices were reasonable. Primary complaint is that room only offered instance coffee kettle."

"This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and the service is always flawless. A special thank you to the receptionist (I think his name is Punak) for his kindness when I needed it most following a long flight and a cancellation to my connecting flight, I really appreciate it. The only recommendation I would make is to add international channels as the TV is only in German - for an International hotel by the airport, it woukd benefit many others."

"The hotel is situated in a great location for wandering round the city or jumping on the train. Comfortable beds, nice sized rooms, excellent shower and bathroom. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious! The pool and spa facilities were very good also. Would return again in a heartbeat. "
