女性一人でも安心して宿泊出来ました。 部屋のデザインも雰囲気も綺麗で掃除も行き届いていて快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 駅も目の前でとても便利だと思います。 フロントの方の対応もとても良かったです。 朝食を摂るスペースがかなり狭いですが、その分部屋で食べる事も出来たのでその点は良かったと思います。 一つ気になったのは、エレベーターの閉まる時間が短くて挟まれてしまった事です笑。私だけではなく他の方も挟まれていました。 それ以外はとても快適でした。 日立に行く際には是非又利用させていただきたいと思います。

受付スタッフの態度が不快な対応だった。 チェックイン/アウトマシンの操作で、エクスペディアで予約しても、東横インメンバーカードの情報は読み取れ、チェックイン手続きが時短できることをそのスタッフは知らなかった。できるものならしてくださいと投げやり言動、さらに自身の間違いを認めない態度であった。 その他のスタッフはそんなことなかったが、たまに場違いなスタッフがいるので気を付けなければならない。 他のお客様にもぶっきらぼうな対応でとても不快に感じた。
