The property and staff were lovely! The location made easy access to everything! We are definitely recommending this to everyone!

Hotel was clean, rooms were a good size and pool area was nice. Service was lacking, everyone was nice once you got them. Twice there was no one at the bar during the day to get a drink, our room just didn’t get cleaned one day, had to go find more towels, check-in took 30 mins as they couldn’t find our Expedia reservation, our room keys stopped working twice. The Pool area was nice but note the pool isn’t heated so very few people actually get in. The location is close to River street but on the outskirts of the tourist attraction ton but walkable.

The staff was very unprofessional and uninformed, giving us the wrong information. The hallways were smelly and the rooms and facilities were not well-maintained. We added breakfast to our stay and the breakfast options were good, but the service was extremely slow. There was a complimentary happy hour each day that was nice and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great location too, but I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, minus power outage at 2 am ( due to hurricane Helene).

Great location for this property. Unfortunately it is dated and the rooms smelled horrible, like mold and mildew horrible. Reached out to the front desk as nice as possible and was told it would be noted. The Italian restaurant on site was not enjoyable as well, burned pizza, no meat in the pasta dish, rude waiter etc...much better options in Savannah in my humble opinion. Full disclosure the front desk and door people were nice and courteous.

My issues with hotel were there is no soundproofing between rooms and you can also hear everything in the hallway. Pet friendly hotel but they dont seem to have an area dedicated for people with pets so you hear dogs barking on your floor. I expected more from a Kimpton branded hotel.
