Clean room, TV, bathroom door was unusual. friendly staff, free breakfast with lots of options, even vegetarian. Id recommend this hotel to others

Property was not clean overall. Room smelled like smoke (in non smoking room). Room was not cleaned property prior to arrival. Coffee maker was dirty. Hotel did not have the room I registered/book for. Expedia did not make it clear that there were additional fees for parking. Parking fee is ridiculous considering it’s out in the open and unprotected. Paint peeling off walls. Toilet didn’t flush properly. This room should cost no more than $70 considering the quality of the hotel.

It was convenient to downtown river walk and all of downtown.

Room was ok but staff were not very helpful. Staff were smoking cigarettes and weed outside and it was wafting all over the hotel! Took 3 people to refill the coffee at breakfast it was the concierge lady who finally did it. She was very helpful and pleasant.
