This inn is shabby and expensive.The staff is unresponsive and ineffiicient. stay somewhere else; thre are many better options in Beaufort!!

Hotel Staff friendly and welcoming. We had a issue with our room, but staff quickly moved us to an alternate room. Room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location near Bay Street in the historic district. A short walk to pretty much everything worth seeing in Beaufort.
Ongoing restoration work takes away from the experience somewhat.

Our room was not ready and we settled for a lesser room. Check in took too long and forgot to charge our credit card for the resort fee - had to return

Hi Sherry, Thank you for your feedback. We are working very hard to update the Inn and the other buildings. Sometimes these things take a little longer than we would like but many changes are in the works for the coming year.
