The only downfall was pressure in the shower and no A/C. We loved everything else, apartment, area, vicinity to landmarks, shopping. Really a great stay in city center.

AVOID! It should be called “My Disappointing Place”. The room was filthy and noisy, with a complicated and rude check in. The bed is uncomfortable and squeaks, the coffee machine has something alien growing in it, and the limited kitchenware is filthy (you have to wash everything before you can use it). The shower recess is covered in mould, toilet stained, the unit has dirty floors, and the whole place is run down and depressing. No lift, so we had to carry 25kg suitcases and back packs up several flights of stairs (no mention of this in the ad...elderly/injured/disabled beware!).
The noise from the street is so loud that you need to leave the wooden shutters closed, leaving the room dark and gloomy. The balcony is tiny and looks dodgy. The noise from the neighbors above and in the hall were also loud...we might as well have been in the same room! I could hear someone blowing their nose!!
I contacted the accommodation while on the train to it, and they said they’d emailed me days ago with a request for passport and tax payment. There was no email...not even in my junk folder (and I’ve found a similar thing happened to another traveller). I had to frantically get it sorted about an hour before arrival. The person was rude and abrupt, and the instructions were in very poor English, with a lot of messing around to get the keys. Wi-Fi drops out regularly. The shower is so small you have to leave the door open to wash your hair.

We only stayed one night so could not enjoy all the town had to offer but we loved the location!

The apartment is clean, spacious, and in an excellent location. Having said that, the rental was an absolute disaster.
#1, there was no way to lock the door to the street; the entire time we stayed, we just had to trust that no one would come in to steal our stuff. We had inquired LONG in advance about how to get a key, and the property literature and later texts of the managers insisted there was a key, but none existed. There was code to unlock the door, but never any way to lock it again.
#2, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. For two days all we had were cold showers. Inquiries to the managers resulted only in texts saying: "Is there hot water yet?" No one came to check/fix it. After we left, the managers insisted that the hot water was on. Untrue.
#3, despite numerous emails weeks in advance and during our stay, there was never an answer to where we could park. As a result, we could only park illegally on the streets and got tickets. In the last hours of our stay only, we received a text finally from the managers informing us where we could park.
The rental requires a lot of advance work on your park: prepay, send copies of all passports to managers, inform of arrival time, pay city tax through Paypal link (which at first didn't work) --- but the managers are not interested in PROVIDING information to the same degree they are in GETTING it.
Everything else worked fine here, and if the managers attend to these problems the place would be fine. But our visit was largely ruined.

make sure you check in before arriving
Posted 4 Jun 2019 on HotelsThe apartment itself was nice, although the mattress was springy and uncomfortable; I think it needs changing. The location was great, right on the square. The main issues we had was that it was inconvenient to check in. First of all we had to walk around quite a bit to find the place, it’s not obvious. Secondly, there is no reception and check in is done remotely. We were tired after our journey. I went through my email to find the confirmation of the booking, and rang the number, my Italian is terrible and their English not easy to understand. We were advised we had been emailed regarding checking in online, although we had not received any email. We tried to check in online, upload our passports and pay the city taxes but the website would not let us upload the photos of our passports and the amount payable did not match the amount of the city taxes. We called back and were advised they would WhatsApp us. We then sent the passports photos over WhatsApp and paid the city taxes via a paypal link we were sent. We were then given a code to retrieve the keys to our apartment. It was all a bit inconvenient and not straight forward. On our last day someone was waiting outside the apartments with the same issues we were having, trying to check in, they said they had been there for 2hrs and no one was picking up the phone. I would recommend you ensure you have made contact with MyPlace before arriving.

The property is very nice but the checkin is pretty difficult (if you do not have internet connection and are late you may be unable to enter!!). Not much amenities but apartment clean.

Good location. Close to tram stop. Comfortable bed.
No toaster, no dishwasher, badly designed kitchen area with no space to dry dishes and electric hob right next to sink.
