Estimada Patty,Nos asombra un poco su calificación y sin poder saber a qué se debió ya que le dimos upgrade sin costo a una de nuestras habitaciones mas lindas y según nosotros no hubo ningún problema durante su estancia. Lástima que no tenemos idea de las áreas de oportunidad que tenemos según su percepción, no podemos contestar adecuadamente, ni podemos darle seguimiento.

Very easy check in and out.
Not more than 5 min in the reception.

I like been flexible I have a extra person por a day and they Ed with low cost with no problem others hotel they are very difficult , hospitality of the employees great , good food at the restaurant
