We loved the hotel! The staff was friendly and respectful! Beautifully decorated and centrally located. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient to go walking around tourist sites. Place is an old clasic building but modernized.

The room was like a loft, I think the shower door should of had the hinges facing outward so the door opens out instead of in the shower

The property was nice and clean, but there are a few things I did not like .
1- Check in was not the best , the staff was not attentive, there were two men in the lobby that kept me waiting and we’re dealing with other things at the same time they were checking me in.
2- The mattress was hard as a rock , could not get a good night sleep.
3- Too much noise at night since the hotel faces a a main, busy, busy road.

Hotel was the clenest i have ever encountered in Mexico and most of the US. Beds real King size, comfortable. Hotel is beautiful. Shower was small but very nice. Good pressure and hot water. Maid service was excellent. Located in the center of the Historical area. Easy to walk everywhere. More restraunts in the area than shops. Never had to go far to find awesome food. Town was very clean and felt amazingly safe. Amazing building and churches. Will definitely return.
