The room we were assigned is absolutely not acceptable it is a cave there were other rooms available empty and the staff would not accept moving us even after complaints were made to them of our concerns since I have disabilities that keep me from going up n down so many steep stairs

I recently stayed at this hotel in a Junior Suite with a balcony, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The noise from a nearby club lasted until around 4 AM, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, our air conditioning unit stopped working. When we informed the staff, we were told that nothing could be done until another team arrived at 7 AM, which was highly inconvenient. Given these issues, I believe some form of compensation is warranted. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve future guest experiences. Please let me know how you plan to address this matter.

The room was like a loft, I think the shower door should of had the hinges facing outward so the door opens out instead of in the shower

The property was nice and clean, but there are a few things I did not like . 1- Check in was not the best , the staff was not attentive, there were two men in the lobby that kept me waiting and we’re dealing with other things at the same time they were checking me in. 2- The mattress was hard as a rock , could not get a good night sleep. 3- Too much noise at night since the hotel faces a a main, busy, busy road.
