Our room was very large and comfortable. Valentina was very kind. We were given a free minibar with soft drinks, biscuits, jams, coffee and tea. The area is bustling with students so there are lots of great bars and restaurants. Despite the noise from the street, the room was well isolated so we had a lovely night.
Overall, we’re very pleased with our stay.

the property is kept very nicely and is very clean - valentina was a lovely host and very helpful with our trip to bologna - this is a lovely property, one floor up (no lift) in a youthful and energetic neighborhood - easy walking to the center of bologna and convenient to the train station

The room was very quiet, staff very friendly (notes only on site a few hours a day)
No lift for bags and you have to enter through a security gate. Ok for us but may be inconvenient for some.
Area very convenient and becomes a great hub of activity at night. Really loved the style of the room.

We had a great stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Valentina was a super nice and helpful host. Loved the area as well, lovely little bars downstairs, but the appartement is super well insulated so you don’t hear a thing.

Good location & comfortable room.
Unfortunately TV had no signal & shower door needed a minor adjustment to prevent water getting out.

The room we had was very good . Lovely bathroom. Breakfast is provided in your room and was plenty for the two of us. The Tv was a smart tv but could not get terrestrial channels so could not watch the euro football. Also unable to change the settings from German to English language. The area around the steam room is little shabby but this didn’t spoil our stay.
