The customer service is amazing! We asked for several exceptions while staying here for three nights and all were granted. They allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out, they printed off bus tickets for us, they allowed us to check in outside of regular hours. The garden and pool area are super cute. The rooms are spacious. The hostel itself is in a good location, safe and within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely recommend!

BAD Experience

Room was filtyhy and falling apart. DO NOT STAY HERE! idn't even spend a night. Checked out after a couple hours.

Water all over floor of bathroom. They do not speak English, no towels or blankets in the room. No hot water! Very old and dirty. A man came knocking on our door wanting to be let in..... don’t know what that was about. There is no breakfast! And the pool is more like a fountain pond, not big enough to swim in. Very disappointing.

The apartments are in conditions to be used, the cleaning staff is at your disposal for what you need. About the pool, it has a standard size if you want an Olympic pool should go to a 5 stars hotel or you have to go to a sports club.

First bad experience with Hotels.com.

Bad surroundings, just about no service. Main bedroom with no air conditioning on a very hot city. Scarce toileteries, extremely hard beds. Poor quality all around. First bad experience with hotels.com. Does not deserve to be part of your offer.

Everything is good except the WIFI connection

The room are spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Good location, close to centro and Supermarket Carrefour. The kitchen has a microwave and fridge, which are very useful. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing is the WIFI connection is almost zero.

Good Accomodation

Pros: Apartment well maintained and clean.
Cons: Softer be and pillows
Location: Location is ok, need to walk into town, around 10-15 mins for eating options,banks and shopping.
Stayed 3 nights, it was very hot, aircon in bedroom and fan in lounge/ kitchen was welcome. Small balcony so doors could be opened for fresh air. Nice, simple breakfast comprising of toast, cereal, pastries, cake, cheese and ham slices, with tea coffee & juice. Host very welcoming.

Parking really bad. I couldn't find the lot at night so parked on the street Really nice to have the parking fee returned with no hassle. Excellent restaurants everywhere!!

Apartments in Mendoza

The apartment is in a central area and had nice service. There was a small pull and a nice central courtyard. The rooms were very dated but had a kitchen and were cleaned daily. My only complaint is there were dogs barking for hours next door and in the early morning and evening.

Excellent location.

Pros: Location, staff and it's an enjoyable place.
Cons: Bathroom toilet had issues to flush and shower curtain needs to be replaced. Parking has an additional cost +-$10 USD per day, and it's like 2 blocks.
Location: There's a lot to do nearby, walking distance to restaurants and downtown.
It's a nice place to stay for the money! A 10+ to the staff!
