Llegamos a la habitación y no funcionaba la calefacción. Nos trajeron una estufa para la noche. Pero al día siguiente la llevaron y nos dijeron que no hacía frío en la habitación! Insólito! Finalmente, después de hacernos esperar por más de media hora en el frío, nos cambiaron de pieza casi que como haciéndonos un favor! Atroz

The property is in a rough condition, should be renovated and thoroughly cleaned.

Unsafe / extremely sketchy. Book elsewhere!
Posted 6 Oct 2018 on HotelsWe arrived in reception to find police taking statements as someone had broken into a girls room in the night and had stolen her belongings. We were left standing around for over an hour, no one wanted to assist or even attempt to check us in. We ended up leaving and booking elsewhere as we felt extremely unsafe, which obviously left us out of pocket. Not a great start to our experience in Mendoza.

Value for money hotel close to centre

Pros: Price, location, staff
Cons: Lift wasn't working, no wifi in rooms, average breakfast
Location: 5 or 6 blocks from the centre of the city and restaurants etc. walking distance to the rugby stadium
Good value for money hotel, well located. Friendly staff happy to assist with anything.

Way overpriced
Posted 26 Jan 2014 on HotelsThis hotel costs about 3X's more than it should. Building is very old and decrepit and the receptionist that "greeted" us upon arrivial was rude and unfriendly. If I were a traveler looking for a place in Mendoza again, I'd spend my money else where.

No se alojen nunca en ese hotel!!!
Posted 8 Apr 2023 on HotelsUna pesima experiencia. El hotel además de ser extremadamente viejo y sin cuidados , no tiene limpieza. Las sábanas y las toallas estaban sucias y en el baño faltaban los grifos de la ducha y había hongos.
Nos quedamos en ese hotel porque no había disponibilidad en otros y encima nos cobraron 70 dólares por una noche. Además de tener que dormir con asco por la mugre nos sentimos estafados

Estimado Sr Juan Reich, lamento que el hotel no haya sido de su categoría. Pero el hotel está en condiciones y siempre el personal ha está a disposición por cualquier inconveniente que haya tenido en la estadía. La ropa se cambia todos los días y la limpieza se hace a diario.Que no haya encontrado lugar en otro hotel de su categoría no le da derecho a difamar al nuestro. También tiene que decir que se le dio desayuno y estacionamiento sin cargoSaludos
