I have definitely stayed in worse hotels costing more in the states.
Overall this a nice property with great coffee and centrally located to all in Antigua.
The staff and owner is very friendly.
The beds are a bit on the hard side and the sheets thin.
The rooms are clean and safe.
For the money I think this is a good option.

Given that any buildings in Antigua are old, you can't be prevented from the noise coming from another room. So be prepared. Other than that, everything was great. Central location, kind staffs and very accommodating services

My experience was not good. Im aware and have to be objective that you cant expect much for the price you are paying. It works if you are working or traveling and you'll spend only the night, but the beds are not comfortable, their rooms needs maintenance or a little bit of investment. I had several issues with my bedroom because it was raining and all the water begins to filter through the window. They changed to us to other facility they have but the beds were really so bad. The location is good for walking and having restaurants and stuff nearby. Thats positive.
