It offered the kitchen services we wanted but front desk hotel service as well. The management was most helpful in extending our stay during the busy Olympic period. The breakfast bar was exceptional. Clean. Lots of options, especially the boiled egg cooker! We stayed in two different units both of which featured cheerful modern design. We worried about the hot summer months but found the rooms very comfortable.

Great location. Very livable rooms with small kitchens and an assortment of layouts. Nice breakfast.

A few things can be improved

No sofa in the room, therefore didn’t find it comfortable sitting on a chair to watch TV. There was a stain on the duvet cover. One of the high tables in our room was rocking. The sink in the toilet in the communal area on the lower ground was blocked. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

From the staff at the front desk to the cleaniness of the room, my friend and I's stay was excellent. The hotel being close to the town centre was a major bonus as everything was in close proximity. I'd highly recommend this hotel. Not only for the attentive and lovely staff, but the level of comfort you'll receive.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were dirty in corners, hairs on accent pillows, limited extra pillows and no additional available at front desk. Terrible smell from drain, dishwasher in kitchen.
