Only reachable by 1 bus route (N18) which although only 6 miinutes walk away stopped runniing by 23.50 and didn't stop at all the usual stops in the city centre. Interent connection weak but otherwise a decent hotel.

The property was an average one, which is fine, however there was no fridge, coffee maker or even a phone in the room. Since you could not call the front desk, you had to go down each time. In order to have a cup of coffee from the lobby area you either needed to pay (I've never been to a hotel anywhere in the world where coffee wasn't complimentary) or become part of their Peacock Club." or something like that. The staff were also extremely rude with the exception of the two people in the dining room and Peter at the front desk. Peter, in particular, was fantastic. He was very nice and really went above and beyond for the guests. He was actually listening for quite a while to a man tell him how horrible the rest of the staff had been to him and his family. Overall if you're looking for a cheap place to go then this is fine but if you want a nice place with great customer service then look elsewhere.

When we arrived early they let us have our room straight away which was lovely especially as it was 09.00. The rooms are big and airy but a little tired. It took us two days to work out how to use the shower. Breakfast was very good. The hotel advertises a bar meal menu and a restaurant menu but it was only a bar menu that was available and that was lacking in originality and taste. One meal had to be sent back as it was not hot. And the others we tried over the three days we were there left a lot to be desired. One of the reasons we chose this particular hotel was because it had a hot tub but on arrival it wasnt working and had clearly been out of commission for a long time. The other reason for choosing it advertised restaurant a la carte menu and this not that. If you are planning a one night stay this would be ok but any longer then i would not advise.

Nice clean and comfy. The breakfast was by far the best we had while traveling throughout Scandinavia.

Wifi crap. Double bed with single quilts which totally is ridiculous.
