"Excellent place to stay, with the exception of the road and train tracks behind the building resulting in a fair bit of noise. There were ear plugs provided which helped a little bit, but the noise was still quite loud. Despite this, we still really enjoyed our stay and loved the unit!"

"This is a new apartment, with two big beds. All the equipment is very new. It's about 10 mins of walking to the Hiroshima Station, and nothing much in between, except a convenience store quite close. Thus you would probably need to walk for at least 10 minutes for anything. That's not bad though, from my point of view. Property management was easy to access online. It has two floors, so it may not be ideal if your traveling party has someone who cannot handle the steep staircase."

"For anyone that values a kitchenette while traveling, this place is great. However, I would caution that it is not for everyone. I am reasonably fit, but carrying my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs, in a narrow, winding staircase was a bit of a challenge. The place is older and could do with a refresh, but clean and well maintained. It is a stones throw from the Hiroshima tram system (Honkawacho station). "We enjoyed our stay. On arrival we expected there to be beds in both rooms, but only the two queen beds were set up. The owner gave us approval to set up the other room also. We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. Only thing was only 1 hotplate in kitchen is functioning (as 2nd one too close to wall so fire hazard so it’s inoperable). "We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious for Japan standards and had everything we needed. We did not cook but there was coffee and tea. The location is amazing. Quiet but just around the corner are great restaurants. The memorial site/park/museum was 10-15 minute walk. The day pass made it easy to ride the trams. Communication from our host was wonderful with easy self checkin. Highly recommend! "

A trendy little gem

"Loved my stay at Nest, super trendy hotel, buses and trams at your door step. Right in the centre of town with shopping, eating and bars right there. The room was adorable loved the little touches, the only thing I didn’t like ( but must Japanese bathroom do this) a big step to enter the bathroom. The free breakfast pack was great to grab and go or there was plenty of communal sitting. Highly recommend, a short 5 mins tram or bus trip to Hiroshima Station. Staff fabulous and friendly."

"Incredibly convenient with so much to do around the area. We took a taxi to the hotel, but after that we were able to walk to every destination without worrying about taking any metro or bus as it is in the heart of a shopping and restaurant district. Hotel was very quiet and operated like most hotels in Japan, however more spacious in our opinion (2 guests). The bathroom was also nice, it had a shower and bath that was separated by a door for the toilet. Highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here again. "
