Great location and nice view of Peace Park. The room was extremely small even for one person. The bed was pushed into a corner to make the room appear larger.

Love the location of the hotel. Staffs were so nice and friendly. The 2 things we have to say was AC wasn’t the best, they have it on a set temp and it was hot. The 2nd thing would be the bed, it was extra firm/HARD.. so a little hard to sleep.

Staff was generous and very accommodating. Bathroom had a bit of a smell but overall our stay was pleasant.

Good location JR tourist bus and tram stop really close bedroom tiny even by Japanese standard

Room unbearably hot but location good

Staff were helpful storing luggage before and after checkout. The room was unbearably hot all day and night due to central heating, even with heating turned off in the room. No cold air came in through the window that only opened 10cm, even in early February. The location close to memorials, restaurants and rail car was great though. The power points need replacing - had very loose connections and wouldnt keep adapters in.
