Staff were super friendly and helpful. The place was slightly old but the team has definitely kept the place in excellent condition and our stay here was super comfortable! Amenities and facilities were good. Our room's view was awesome, overlooking the sea. Overall, was a truly positive experience and would love to return to Sakuraya if we ever came back to Miyajima!

An excellent ryokan at a reasonable price. Pleasant, professional staff. Clean and comfortable room. I WILL use this ryokan on my next visit to Miyajima.

A lovely ryokan close to the sea and the ferry terminal. The rooms are amazing and the Staff are very helpful.

Posted 13 Oct 2024 on HotelsWas a bit apprehensive about this as not much info online but really liked it. Very close to everything, lovely receptionist, lots of useful info given, and peaceful at night. Futons were super comfy (my first time).

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful island! The rooms and amenities were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and accommodating, even working to meet me in the middle with my broken Japanese. Would definitely visit again!
