Hotel room was a bit dated and had not been deep cleaned in a long time - there was a thick layer of dust underneath the furniture that gave the room a weird smell even though it was a non-smoking room. Furniture was old and well used but functional. Breakfast options were plentiful. Staff was super accommodating. Washer and dryer were convenient but we had to air dry clothes even after adjusting the dryer load size. Views of the city from our room were breathtaking. Location is convenient if you're visiting the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. Would definitely consider going back if rooms were updated/tefreshed.

The area was very convenient. The room I was in was outdated and smelled a little like a smoking room. I booked 2 rooms and the second didn’t smell like a smoking rooom. The views were big and had a great view.

Property in excellent location in Hiroshima. 5 minute walk to memorial, art museum, bus terminal, 10 minutes from boat to Mayajima.....

The rooms are huge especially for Japan, however, the hotel is beginning to look its age and everything is just a little shoddy.

The property appeared dated, but for the pricing it was worth the stay. The staff was overall friendly and helpful. The location was good.
