Great location, comfortable bed, a little dated but clean and with all modern conveniences. Loved Hiroshima and wish we had spent more time there

This property was excellent in all respects, EXCEPT it was uninhabitable due to an over hot room. When I asked at the desk why the air conditioning was not working and could they check it, the response was that “the air conditioning was turned off in the rooms and only the building fan was working. I could leave the bathroom door open and the st would help”. The bathroom was even hotter! We had to jar the room door open with a provided slipper all night in order to get some of the hallway’s cooler air. How can a major hotel be so careless? We got no sleep in this room and were exhausted after our two night stay.
Unless you like to sleep in a sauna, I recommend that you DO NOT stay in this hotel if you want a restful experience.

Room and particularly bathroom is in need of renovation. Very good price though and buffet breakfast was very good with excellent views from the restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located, within a few minutes of walk to the Peace Memorials Museum and a main shopping street. The room is very functional. Enjoyed the afternoon happy hour. The lounge on the 25th floor has a nice view of the city. The staff is very friendly.

Room was a little outdated. The bathroom has a wierd smell to it. Does have some mold in the bath wall.
