I really loved how friendly all staff were. My Japanese isn't great, but they were friendly during all communications.
The building is very convenient. Close by a lot of things.
However, there was a lit of mould in the washroom. On the toilet paper holder, around the door.
The beds and living area were comfortable.

Old building. Hard to maintain the conditions but close to everything. Depends on what you want.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient and there was a convenience store next door. However, our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes still. We could hear loud people in the hallways. And there seemed to be a gathering in the room next door late at night.

Very nice place if you get it at the right rate. Great surrounding area and clean rooms.
