My family and I absolutely loved everything about the apartment. It had exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort and size. The beds were very comfortable (for us as we like our mattresses firmer), and the bathroom amazing. The kitchen had all of the necessary equipment to prepare and enjoy meals. Our apartment was on the 7th floor and fhe view from the balcony was nice. We felt safe in the area day/night. The only downside and what I found a bit silly was that we had arrived for check-in at 2pm and I had asked if early check-in would be possible rather than having to wait until 4pm, and we were told that we would have to pay an extra ¥2000 to check-in early even though the apartment was ready. We had opted to have our luggage stored and came back at a later time. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would stay again if available in the future.

It appears to be convertered apartment. Room large with kitchenette great bathroom. Dissapointed that washer worked no dryer. No cleaning services for 4 days. Must pay extra to clean. Newly remodled. Served our pupise but more like Airbnb. Very close to Train station and street cars stopped nearby.

We loved our stay at Randor. Easy to locate and walking distance from the station. We loved the hot tub and shower. It was a luxirious hotel for Japan, and definitely the best one we stayed at in Japan. We would definitely return.

Absolutely loved our stay in the presidential suite! It was amazing! The rooftop terrace was also a plus seeing across Hiroshima city! Highly recommend!

We stayed 2 nights in Hiroshima. Easy access from and to the station and room, bathroom and kitchen area are huge. Very comfortable and enough space to move around.

Very large bedroom with 2 comfortable double beds, gorgeous bathroom with kitchenette! We loved our 3 night stay at randor prestige. The reception were so helpful finding us a children’s hospital as my son was unwell. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
