"Stayed here for 2 nights. Easy to locate as it is just out of the train station in the left. Left luggage services was self-serviced with staff on standby to help. Great location if you’re intending to use Kagoshima as a base for day trips. There’s a discount ticket for parking too. Rooms are clean, and the staff speaks decent English language. The large Toyoko Inn sign on a building is a little misleading, as the Inn itself is next door, closer to the station. "The staff speaks good english. Very easy communication. They provide bath salt at the lobby for a bathtub soak, which is very nice. Parking is the only issue. They have a partnership with a carpark nearby. But there are 2 carpark with the same name- Maruya 1 and Maruya 2. Unfortunately, i parked at the wrong one, and couldn't get the discounted rate. If driving, there are hotels with more convenient parking. But if travelling by train, this hotel is perfect. "
