My key card kept expiring every day, even though I was scheduled and had reservations for 3 1/2 days. Annoying. Also, people talked loudly out in the parking lot late into the evening, could have been residence or people going to the restaurant nearby.

The hotel is in poor condition and needs to be renovated. I am very allergic to mold and mildew and the air conditioner spewed mold and mildew into the air which made me very sick.

The hotrls needs to be updated I always look at the matresses the mattress are nasty the cleanliness is not good

It was a delightful experience staying at this exquisite hotel. My daughter and her children thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Furthermore, the customer service representatives exhibited remarkable knowledge and attentiveness while displaying exceptional courtesy in catering to the needs of my family.
