Make sure you get a receipt for your 1,500 pesos for incidentals when you check in. I lost mine on my way up to the room. So I also lost my 1500 pesos.

Please be assured that we have thoroughly reviewed your payment details with our team to ensure clarity on the situation.Upon reviewing on your booking details and as reconfirmed to you during check-in, we note that you made an online booking on personal account were payment is required upon check-in. The total bill for your two-night stay from January 10–12, 2025 is at Php 9,817.54.Upon CCTV review, we confirmed that you made a payment of Php 10,000.00 upon check-in. Our front desk team, who received your payment, provided you with a change of Php 182.46.We regret that you lost the receipt for your room payment. However, after reviewing our records, we can confirm that no incidental deposit of Php 1,500 was collected at check-in. It was explained to you that the incidental deposit would only be requested if you opted to charge any expenses to your room. I’d highly recommend Holiday Inn for the sheer hospitality of their staff. After a disappointing stay at another property, STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN WAS A DELIGHTFUL CHANGE! We attended their New Year’s Eve party as well, and my only complaint is that the liquor was not worth the price we paid… but that’s a minor inconvenience, compared to the food, festivities and the ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT STAFF HOSPITALITY!
