The property seemed well taken care of. The room was clean and the check in was quick and available early which was nice. I would definitely return when in Hinesville again.

Nothing positive on this quality inn have stayed at others that were very nice this location was a let down.

Staff was unable to converse about questions and concerns. The hotel was dirty. In five days cleaning staff showed up once. That was at 830 am when we were all sleeping. The pool was terrible and had not been treated for sometime. Breakfast was a joke. Avoid this place. Bad service.

Don't stay here. Rooms are old and dirty. The room smelled the whole night. I bought sheets at Walmart to cover the filthy sheets on the bed. I had a handicap accessible room and other than large doorways there were no grab bars or a seat for the bath. I asked for a seat for the bath and they brought me an office chair. They didn't have a shower chair. I have Spina Bifida so I could not shower. I believe this is breaking the law. I will complain to the corporation that owns this chain.
