"Wow! I can’t say enough about the staff at the front desk, the breakfast, drinks, and snacks, and clean giant rooms. The staff texted to let us know our room was ready, asked how our stay was about 30 min after entering our room, quickly resolved a tiny issue, and followed up each day. Each night there were cookies in the lobby, chilled ice water w lemons or cucumbers, and the breakfast was awesome!!!! So many options. Oh and they had a holiday hot chocolate bar w Marshmallows, hot cocoa, chocolate morsels and peppermint! There was also a popcorn machine (it wasn’t on, but what a cute idea)! Honestly, this hotel was lovely. Elevators are efficient and spacious, hotel is quiet, ample parking and literally the perfect location on 46 and near 278. Exactly where you wanna be. Half way between HII and right up the street from Old Town. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and want to give a huge shout out to Telisha, Kaye, and Rockeya! Smiles, warmth, funny, and beyond attentive. "

"Palmera Inn had everything my family and I needed. Having a full kitchen was a bonus! The Loft unit is perfect with a living area and bathroom on main level and a bedroom with additional bathroom upstairs. It was perfect! "

"Had a good time on a winter visit. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Loved the heated family pool. Hot tubs were a little disappointing as 2 out of 3 were not working and the 1 was very heavily chlorinated. The room was very spacious, comfortable beds and the suite had a nice kitchen area with basic dishes. "
