The resort was clean and had a good security presence nice outdoor facilities and great beach

The Sonesta is under construction currently, so this isn’t a fair view about cleanliness

HEAVY construction. check in staff did not know what they were doing and admitted so. charged wrong cards. truly poor soundproofing between rooms and hallway. NO common out door areas or lobby due to construction.
