I got there and the elevator was broken for 3 days my mom and I are handicapped and they gave me a room on the 5th floor ( the last) no one came to do the room during the day I had to put the trash away myself, on the check out no one helps me with the language I have to bring down my luggage by myself with my daughter help. the service was terrible. I will never ever stay there

Check in was great...thank you Mary....who also checked me out! Address is not clearly labeled on the sign out front! Excellent property! Clean, comfortable, very roomy!
