We stayed here while we took tennis lessons from the Sea Pines Tennis Academy. It was perfect walking distance to the tennis courts and to shopping and dining. They had a nice, free, wine and cheese reception that was well attended and fun. Nice big hot tub as well.

The pool heater was not working. We went to Marriot Monarch's pool and that was cold too. The housekeeper was sitting outside our room from 9am until 10am when we left.

Simply Amazing! As as soon as we walked into our room & inspected it, we concurred with the "Excellent Rating". The woman at check-in provided a glimpse of things to come. Loved the property and the location was great. Loved that they had van transportation. The only complaints are that I wish the property had more activities planned for guests and the suite we were in, in the double queen room, the room never got below 78 degrees but the rest of the suite was freezing.

The check-in process did not go smoothly as we had gotten delayed in our travels to the Island from GA, after closing hours for the Heritage office. Additionally, had to contact maintenance to have them come and unclog the guest bathroom show/tub drain. Other than that all was good, wished we could have stayed a little longer.

Wonderful!

One of the best kept secrets on Hilton Head. We love staying here and do so often. It’s steps away from Harbour Town and directly across the street from the Heritage Golf Clubhouse.

Rooms were very clean and larger than expected! Outstanding location, just a short walk over to Harbor Town shops and restaurants and the Golf course is directly across the street. Will definitely return here on our next trip to Hilton Head.

A Hint of Modern!

Rooms seemed to be modernized. Could do better in the kitchen. My room smelled like smoke upon arrival. Purchased several candles to eliminate the smell. Signs of renovation were not cleaned up...sandpaper dust in the bathroom. Housekeeping should focus on cleaning the corners of the room.

Great property and location!

We stay here often and it’s a great property. Very close to the Harbour Town marina, shops and dining. The Heritage Golf Club House is directly across the street, which makes it very convenient for anyone playing the PGA course. Highly recommend staying here!

I picked this hotel as a romantic getaway with my husband and was planning on staying in the hotel alot due to the colder weather. This hotel recently renovated the property and when I made the reservations, I reserved a one bedroom, fireplace, jetted job and king size bed. When we arrived, they had removed all the tubs and fireplaces. We received a two bedroom villa which was entirely too big and no tubs and no fireplace. We were very disappointed that we were not told of this before we paid all the money. The staff did their best to make up for it, but it really was disappointing and I will not stay there the next time.
