Property staff were polite and accommodating. Urine smell under stairs. Property conditions were underwelming. Obvious signs of neglect in property maintenance. 2nd floor hallways saturated in the smell of smoke despite advertising smokeless rooms. Would not return, especially with children.

We were given a room on 3rd floor, last room on that floor, TV didn't work, Black mold on door of fridge, walls in bathroom just above the floor were very gross with whatever it was, the heater sounded like a freight train, Had to send husband down to get TP, tissues and light bulbs. They gave us TP, napkins for tissues and only one of the light bulbs fit the light socket that had no lightbulbs in them next to the beds. It was not a good experience. We asked to move to a different room and they did. Still no tissue but better room. Place just needs to be upgraded. Getting run down
