Hotel was OK for a budget hotel. Deferred maintenance in the room was a big issue for us. Rust on the bathroom door, toilet and tub in need of attention and we had an issue with the dirty shower curtain. Other than that it was good.

If you’re looking for affordable this is it. It’s old but clean. Air conditioner loud. Shower and tub old. Hole in the bedspread. I wasn’t in my room much so it worked

There was an overall nasty smell in the room. Room was noisy often by the equipment being used for the building

The gal that checked me in was unfriendly! The dining area is small and I had to sit by the door into a tiny area where the limited hot food was cooked. There was I believe an employee (female) talking to the male employee who was cooking the hot food. She was very loud and never stopped talking the entire time I was trying to eat my breakfast. This was very rude of her.

Other than there being a few cobwebs in the room that were pretty easy to spot, it was a nice, clean and wonderfully spacious room. We were in a room with 2 kings and a sleeper sofa. It has a small balcony, with nice view of the mountains. Beds and pillows are nice and comfy, the layout of the room was great. Breakfast in the morning was tasty, and the scrambeled eggs were SO good. A nice breakfast for being complimentary. Will likely stay here the next time we come to Redding.
