Front office staff both times I stayed was horrible. Room smelled like mold and fan did not work

It was dirty and they allowed people to come without informing you and and gave him a key to my room just because we have the same last name in common and he wasn't married to me or related to me.

Staff was rude and told me I could not stay at the hotel any longer after I complained about the construction in the next room and the shower flooding the bathroom.
