"Excellent apartment that was very warm and cozy. Straightforward communication through WhatsApp with a quick response time to questions. Excellent facilities - kitchen, bathroom amenities, etc, and shared laundry room (washer and dryers) which is free, detergent also included, and luggage storage. A little far from the city centre but 8 minute walk from Metro Station. Nice parks and lots of supermarkets and shops nearby. "

"We loved our stay here! Quiet neighbourhood, next to the sea, so you always have a refreshing view just outside the building. The flat has everything you need, it's just a short walk to the metro station that takes you to the center quickly. Would highly recommend"

"Very close to the main square and main shopping and dining streets. The property was clean and happy hour(s) for drinks and coffee was an amazing bonus. The room was a bit dark as there is no main light but little lights scattered around ceiling. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Amazing stay, extremely convenient to main station - easy to get around from airport and to shopping streets with metro. Only “complain” is weak wifi but it didn’t bother us since we were mostly out. Place is extremely walkable, and helps that it is self contained. Definitely one of the best stays we have & will be back! "

"Centrally located, easy access to public transportation and major sights. Free laundry, early arrival luggage storage, excellent communication, and all of the espresso pods we needed(!) made this an excellent choice! Rooftop was only open 10am-10pm, which coincided with our times away from the hotel. Linens lacked a washcloth, so bring your own. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Traveling between Christmas and New Years with three teenage sons, we chose STAY for the space and kitchen and it exceeded our expectations. The flat was clean and well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the showers were perfect. There were two grocery stores very close as well as a lovely bakery and pizza take away. We loved Copenhagen and would absolutely stay here again."

"The unit itself was clean and comfortable. And for the most part I was pleased. What I didn’t like is that this is an apartment rental. NOT a hotel like the listing leads you to believe. This company must own a few units in a residential apartment building. The day before we arrived I got a text from them confirming I had gotten the email with the instructions on how to get into the apartment. "We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "

"The location is second to none to see all the main sights and attractions in a short walkable perimeter. The unit is modern, clean, and has plenty of space and was a great choice. The services team level of responsiveness and support are on par with international 5 star properties. Would highly recommend to any family or travelers looking for more space in the center of Copenhagen for touring."

Don' stay anywhere else... 10/ 10 stars

"Amazing hotel, probably one of the best I've ever stayed at for price vs location and service. Hotel itself certainly has a wow factor with the glass roof and other quirky little extras providing a memorable setting. The indoor courtyard is extra special in the evening under the stars and warm environment creating that Hygge feeling. Bonus is the location right next to Tivoli and central station making transport easy. Overall wonderful stay, 10 /10 and will definitely recommend and revisit. "

"When I was told on check in day (I was 2 hours early) that I had to pay 20 DKK for self storage locker at basement , I was appalled. But later when I checked the left locker rate at train station .. is 70 DKK so is probably cheaper to do so at hotel. I felt this could have been a complimentary service to guests Other than this .. the hotel is located next to canal. u can see brave people swimming in the cold waters of Jan. is located about 11 mins walk from bus terminal.. n 10 mins walk to Central station Thus to me , is strategically located . A short walk to shopping . dinner options . I strolled slowly to the National Museum talking in the sights . I think there will be many activities in the summer months in the canal . But is cool to have a cup of take away coffee n sit along the canal n zone out in the cold months . The bed is comfy enough though the pillows too small n soft to my liking . There’s a IKEA store and a big shopping centre n IMAX near to bus terminal Thus I recommend this place ! "
