We turned up after a 12 hour day driving to find the hotel with no lights on and no one around. We tried calling the hotel but no one answered and it just said they are closed for the season! We then had to find new accommodation which was more expensive so very disappointing and would not recommend anyone booking.

Hi Felicity, I apologize for the miscommunication. While the EverSpring front desk is closed for the season our High Line by EverSpring is open, and that is where you booked your reservation. I did send check in instructions to the phone number that was provided to me when you made your reservation through Expedia. I apologize if you did not receive it. I do also have instructions posted on the door at the hotel for any guests that do not receive the instructional text. Nice staff always with a smile on their faces. Facilities are great. Definitely I’ll recommend it and be back in the future.

A simple but clean and welcoming property. The staff was amazing. The showers were great. The beds were extremely comfortable. Located quietly on the edge of town, but within walking distance of cafés and shopping stores.

Stayed here about 15 years ago when it was a Comfort Inn and it has changed 2 more times and they have done a nice job with this place. The updating and cleaning of the rooms is great.. And they are not done renovating, can't wait to see those changes.

Friendly staff who wanted to be sure you were enjoying your stay. Breakfast was excellent. Great location at the beginning of town.
