"Woodlands Gardens is located near Magaliesberg. The accomodation was clean and well looked after. The common areas i.e. the pool was very nice. The owners have very friendly dogs and our dogs were welcomed and enjoyed it very much. Locates close to many hiking areas and restaurants. The owners are friendly and have good communication with guests. A little on the priciers side for what you are getting but still a great weekend away."

"Our door didn't lock for the inside so we slept with an open door all night. There is no security anyone can just drive in because it seem deserted. It took us 35 min to just find a worker to help us. There are many many flies in the cabins. There is a TV not connected to anything. There is no cell reception, or WiFi so if something goes wrong well your on your own. The place is extremely basic and you are basically paying for the view which is amazing. "I enjoyed my time of rest but when the new visitors arrived on Monday I could hear everything going on.next door.....water running, talking etc.And they were not noisy at all. So that was the end of my "quiet time ". Also... The fact there was no one of authority to interact with, I find disconcerting. Sarah was very friendly but not empowered with knowledge of the do's and the dont's. I really loved the comfortable bed and wonderful shower and the magnificent view of the mountains."
