I booked 2 rooms, the first room had roaches we killed it and showed management at front desk and he brushed us off like it was a common thing there
My 2nd room tv did NOT work, phone in my room did NOT work. Hallway ceiling had leakage and had holes in the ceiling. This hotel needs to be closed for major renovations. We only stayed because it was close to Great Adventures. Thank God it was only for one night. As a Hilton member this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Even the children was asking if the hotel was going out of business. Never Again!! Absolutely Disgusting!

I have never stayed at a “hotel” this terrible. The carpet smelled like urine, the bathtub was dirty, towel rack looked like it was about to fall off the wall anytime. The bed was noisy, the spring in the mattress and the sheets made noise every time you move, there was no sound proofing, you can hear people yelling outside in the middle of the night. There was construction/repairs being made and the vehicles used for that were almost blocking the main entrance at all times. I will never stay here again.

It definitely was not maintained. It was suppose to be non smoking, but everything stunk from smoke. The pool was not open nor the restaurant. It was a horrible place to stay.

It’s clean but the property is run down and upkeep sporadic.

Our room looked like it was for little people especially in the bathroom. The vanity was very low and so was the toilet. It was a long way down. The tub/shower could use a good cleaning. The bathroom didn't have a mirror. and it looked dated and dingy.
We also didn't have enough towels and washcloths for 4 people. When my daughter went to the front desk the gave her one towel and said they were all out.
They no longer have the breakfast station like they did before a couple years back pre COVID. The hotel had some remodeling but it didn't give you that comfortable feeling and it didn't look any better than it did before..
When going to the building upon arrival there were people hanging out and a man with a woman said to me "Dont look at my big tittie b*tch!" something like that.. I ignored the comment and kept on walking. Smelled weed in the halls. The hotel did not give me the feeling of being safe. I must say we booked the last room they had through Expedia and it was likely something may be wrong with it. But it was not worth $196 for the night! I stayed at this hotel before when it was called the Days Inn and it was pretty decent then. In the future, I would not book there again. We always stayed there to enjoy our membership passes at Six Flags over the years, but however this place is sliding down the hill. It was pretty decent before but I would pay a little more elsewhere at the rates they offered especially through a booking app.
