Terrible neighborhood and terrible condition of the room/bathroom. definitely never again!!! I have picture in case you need! The funny story is that on the receipt it is written:" ...with this rate (259$ for two nights) you are not able to earn choice privilege points..." I should be paid to go there again. EXPEDIA should take more care of the condition of these hotels and describe also the area. Very disappointed!!!

The staff was amazing as we did not have power due to the hurricane. Front office were so friendly and had many kind words during a terrible time.

It isn't very poor condition, the room wasn't cleaned and smelled smokey and like sewer. The front desk person said to contact you to get my refund there's no way I could stay in this place

Very dangerous area. Groups of people gathered on street, parking lot. Do not book unless you are armed!

The staff were not helpful and lacking customer service. The property was supposed to have laundry services and did not. I seen several cockroaches in our room. The ice machines and pop machines were not working. Tons of homeless people hanging out in parking lots and surrounding stores. Even seen a homeless person passed out on the sidewalk on our last morning.
