The hotel offers shuttle service to the cruise port which was extremely helpful.

Very disappointed with this place. We felt very unsafe. Overall the stuff was very nice to us. But we will never go back.

3 kids in the room next to my room. 4 hours of constant noise. Playing the harmonica and screaming. I called the front desk 4 times and nothing was done. The front desk was very rude. I was up all night and it affected my work the next morning. I asked for another room but the hotel was booked. The area was unsafe with a lot of homeless people in a very undesirable area. I did not feel safe, I was in Tampa for business but will not book that hotel again.
