Fantastic staff. Incredibly nice and helpful. Property needs some major updates. Very worn and outdated. Room was fine. Bathroom clean.

Comfortable Hotel, with a New Orleans Courtyard feel. The staff was very good, friendly and responsive. The place is well worn, but otherwise we had a good stay.

I picked this place because it looked to be pretty decent and was more affordable than others. I paid $150 for a king room. My room was on the first floor and it was loud. There were people in the lobby most of the night. There was no water available only hot water from the coffee machine. My room smelled so musty and old. It was really gross, I checked in a little late and was too tired to change the room. It smelled like the ac hadn't been cleaned in years and the moisture in the room just stayed. There were random pieces of furniture that didn't match. There were pieces of dirt on the floor - I really doubt they vacuum often. I will say my bed linens were the only thing I felt were actually clean. It would have been worth it to me to pay a little more for another spot that I knew was clean and I was comfortable in.

I love this property! Clean rooms, comfy and most of all welcoming service. The employees really care for what they do as far as service was concerned and very accommodating! What I especially love to see was the employees comrade early morning, late afternoon folding towels, watering plants showing us that they really care in what they are doing and take pride in the company they work for. My sister, my little nephew and I stayed during a last minute stay during Helene Hurricane.. the power kept on flicker off during the night with several tornado warnings, but their generators kept kicking back in!! We thank God for comfort Inn during scary night in Midtown Savannah! Thanks for all you do!

Heat difficult to regulate. Kleenex box empty. Bright light outside window and no way to block it out (resulting in poor night’s sleep)
