The bed linens were dirty and stained. The tub completely clogged and you had to stand in a foot of water when showering. Water didn’t drain at all. No elevator at all so a real pain with luggage transport.

We are very sorry to hear of the negative experience that you encountered as this is not representative of the quality we strive to provide our guests. With regard to not having an elevator, that is true and there is nothing we can do to change that as being only a two story building the hotel never had an elevator. We are very sorry it was an inconvenience to you.
