The place is being renovated so totally understandable that everything is not in order, however vending machines empty, no amenities in the room..no coffee pot hair dryer or even water glasses or ice bucket. No iron and no bar to hang clothes. ATM was also inoperable.
Just a bit pricey for basically nothing but a bed. Also sheets smelled old.

The experience was bad from the start. We booked a family suite and when we xhecked in, we were told they dont have family suites but could give us 2 full bed for the same price. Ok, we had been driving all daybsobwe went with it. The clerk was not pleasant at all, the hotel smelled and the bathroom was dirty with mold on the walls.

Stains on carpet, mold on inside of shower curtain, indoor pool was drained and unavailable to use, toilet lid was round but toilet bowl was elongated, vending machine wouldn't accept bills. Bathroom had only 1 small bar soap total to use for shower and sink. Highland needs another choice of hotels to stay at.

Rooms smelled very musty. Caulking and other small improvements would help the rooms look clean. The beds were comfortable.

Easy check in. We were on the 3rd floor with King bed. Clean rooms and quite surroundings for a restful sleep.
