Went to visit family at West Point. The location for that is great but that's the only positive I can come up with. Physically this place needs major updates inside and out. The decor was DATED, at least 30 years old.Things were mismatched and makeshift. Did not feel safe in the room. There was no way to contact the front office at night. Whoever owns it should close it down and sell it. I will not stay there again. Dissappointed Expedia had them listed. They should do a better job of vetting facilities before promoting them on their website. Would love Expedia to contact me about it.

We appreciated their after hours check in procedures. Very easy and glad to walk into a room with the heat already on during a cold November night. That showed good hospitality!
